Mr. Manson, who represents the NowZoaland Tourist Department at Melbourne, loaves Wellington, to-day for the north, on his way back to Australia., Mr. P. W. Robertson, the Dominion's second Rhodes Scholar, has just about exhausted liis term of study at Oxford University. Mr. Robertson, whose particular branch of science is chemistry, is now studying at Leipzig for his degree as Doctor of Philosophy. He expects to remain in Germany for eighteen months. ,
