Whilst being re-decked the Cromwell Bridge will be kept open for All Traffic between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 am, and between the hours of 1 p.no and 5 p.m. but will be closed for all except foot traffic at all other hours, provided always that the mail coach can cross at the usual time.
