Cromwell Hospital Trust.
The monthly mooting of the above was held on Tuesday afternoon at 4p.m. Present: Messrs J. llitchie (chairman), J. Goodger. C. Bay, J. Jamesqp, M. Heaney, W. Abel, and W. Jolley. Coiltl ESI’ONDENCE. From the Wardsman, resigning his position, and asking to be relieved of his duties as early as possible.—Deceived and accepted with i egret. Mr A. Morgan was appointed to the position, his duties to commence on Saturday morning. Aftcr some discussion it was resolved that the appointment for outside woi k be hold over in the meantime. As icgatds the secretaryship it was decided to call for applications to be in next by meeting, at £‘3o per annum, but the present secretary carry out the duties until after the audit, as it would materially assist the new man. Bepuuts. ' The surgeon reported that during the month of June live patients were admitted to the hospital, and that five remained over from the previous month. Of these three were discharged cured or relieved, and seven still remain in* the waids for further treatment, making a total of ten patients under treatment for the month. The Matron reported having received £9 3s for maintenance during the month, and that £3 5s 8d was owing. Mr Heaney, on behalf of the visiting committee, reported that everything was very satisfactory but mentioned that the* fowl run should be netted in. The reports were received. Accounts amounting to £32 18s 2d were passed for payment. A vote of thanks to the chair closed the meeting.
