The above meeting was held in favorable weather on Friday last, when a very pleasant day's sport resulted. Owing to several unforseen causes the attendance was not up to previon years. The Seoretary (Mr C. Scott) carried out his duties in a most satiifactory manner. Three bookies wart licensed at a fee of £2 10s. The results were as follows :

Nevis Trot, 2 Miles, £lO.-0, Mitchell's Memoir, 22secs (Dwyer) 1 ; Speculation, 25secs>, 2 ; Kentucky Babe, 25aec, 3. Also started: Lillydale, scr. "Won easily. Jockey Club Handicap, 6 Furlongs, £lO. D. McKay's Nikolski, lOst 12lb (Dwyer) 1; Gation, lOst 51b. 2 ; Kelvin, 9st 51b, 3. Won by two lengths. Carrick Trot, H Miles. £7.-0. Mitchell's Memoir, scr (Dwyer), 1; Speculation, 12secs, 2; Kentucky Babe, 20secs, 3. Memoir caught tht field after going half-a-niile, and woo comfortably. Flying Handicap, 4 Furlongs. £7. 0. Hugbe's Silverine, 9st lib (Lloyd) 1; Nikolski, lOst 121b, 2. Silverine got away with a length's lead, and was never beaded.
