To Re Loved. —It is not necessary to be beautiful nor even pretty. All that is needed is the magic charm that will make men one and all ready to declare its possessor beautiful, for, with them, beauty may consist in a mysterious sniile, a trick of the hair upon the brows, a way of laughing, anything but classic measurement, of features. Such a woman is always well dmssed, not brilliantly, but with taste. Her clothes are worn with a certain aii that charms, and men are proud of her when in her company. She is never a sad woman.
