CROMWELL DISTRICT HOSPITAL.

A special meeting of the Trustees of the above Institution was held to rescind the motion carried at the meeting held on 19th April, 1898 : That the secretary write to Dr Morris to ask him to send in his resignation as surgeon to the Cromwell Hospital. Present: The chairman (Mr E. Murrell), Messrs J. Gumming, T. Rooney, C. Holden, C. G. Mountney, and H. Behrens. Mr C. G. Mountney moved, and Mr H. Behrens seconded —-That the motion requesting Dr G. A. Morris to send in his resignation as surgeon of the Cromwell Hospital be rescinded.—Carried. : A vote of thanks to the chair concluded the proceedings.
