OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SEVENTY-THREE ALLOTMENTS on the Maruwenua Estate will be Open for Application on the Lease-in-Perpetuity System under “The Land for Settlements Act, 1894,” at this Office, and at Mr Mackintosh’s office, Tyne street Oamaru, on TUESDAY, the 10th day of September, 1895, The areas vary from 1 acre to 633 acres, and the rentals per acre from Is 3J to 9s 6d. In cases where more than one application is received for the same section priority of selection will be decided by ballot at II a.m. on THURSDAY, the 12th day of September, at the Athenaeum Hall, Thames street, Oamaru.
