Doctor’s bag stolen
A doctor’s medical bag was stolen from his car after it broke down at the Bishops Gully bridge near Springfield on Saturday evening. The police said the doctor had walked home and when he returned on Sunday the medical bag, containing syringes and various drugs, had been taken, as had tools, the car battery and car radio. The incident occurred between 10 p.m. and 11.45 p.m. the police said.
