As a key customer support person, reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Customer Advisor will be responsible for much of the front line contact with customers; providing advice and education on the- utilisation of electricity to individuals and groups; promoting electricity as the preferred energy source; providing advice on pricing options as well as a variety of other customer service duties. Applicants will have an electrical background, ideally with experience in sales or customer service work. Well developed oral and written communication skills, together with good interpersonal-skills are essential. Remuneration will reflect the importance of the position and the skills and experience of the appointee.
