MR PHILIP PARNELL
Mr Philip Parnell has been appointed Associate Director in the Management Consulting Services of Price Waterhouse, Wellington, following the merger with Network Strategies, Ltd, and the creation of the Information Technology Group within that practice. Mr Parnell 8.C.A., A.C.A., M.N.Z.C.S., was educated at Victoria University, Wellington. He is a chartered accountant, national councillor of the New Zealand Computer Society and a member of the Information Technology Training Committee. He joined Price Waterhouse in 1979 and has acted as a senior consultant in a wide range of management information systems assignments in New Zealand and internationally. Mr Parnell specialises in the use of information technology for competitive advantage, information systems strategy and software package evaluation in a wide range of
industries. He has consulted extensively in both ■'ythe private andk public sector. •7’
