Euro-Nat out
Euro-National Corporation had sold its 6.2 per cent shareholding in Wormaid International N.Z. for a $2.9M profit, said Euro-National’s chairman, Mr Rod Petricevic. The company sold its 6,027,702 ordinary 50c shares at 315 c each ex dividend. The sale was done through Buttle Wilson, an Auckland broker, and Mr Petricevic said he did not know who had bought the shares.
