Mr Jolly was seized on Sunday, just one day after the police .stormed Peterhead Prison near Aberdeen, freeing an officer held for more than four days by inmates protesting against alleged brutality. . Earlier last week, prisoners at' ' Shotts Prison, Strathclyde, rioted and held an officer for 25 hours.
