Ingredients IOOg butter cup sugar 2 tablespoons of milk rind of an orange packet of vanilla wine biscuits % cup coconut Method Mix all ingredients, except biscuits and coconut Add a packet of crushed
biscuits (using a rolling pin) and the coconut Spread in a tin and leave until set
