Newmans stake
PA Auckland Rada Corp, Ltd, has increased its share in Newmans Group, Ltd to 45.6 per cent by acquiring 3,687,755 shares on market at between 200 c and 230 c. Rada acquired 1.25 million Prorada Properties, Ltd, shares, reported traded on the sharemarket at 45c. The Rada managing director, Mr George Wheeler, said the company was offered the parcel by an institution. Rada now has more than half of capital.
