Bowen confident of $4.2M
PA Wellington Bowen Corporation will comfortably reach its forecast after-tax profit of $4.2 million in the year ended March 31, the chairman, Mr Kevin O’Connor, told the annual meeting in Wellington.
The result covers a sixmonth period in which Bowen took over the shell of Horticultural Industries.
In the period the company has widened its net to include investment in Australia, Mr O’Connor said.
Through Project International, Ltd, Bowen has acquired 75 per cent of Pacific Marina Developments, a leading Australian company involved in marina construction. The company also offers strong earnings growth in Australia and New Zealand from development opportunities.
