PHOTO A: to add more resistance To this exercise, grab two cans of equal weight. Sit tall and extend both arms behind you while holding the cans.
PHOTO B: Bend your arms, bringing your bands close to your shoulders. Keep your elbows in, close to your torso. Continue by alternating movements.
