More women at top?
PA Wellington The new head of the State Services Commission equal employment opportunities unit, Ms Diana Crossman, aims to get mqre women into Public management jobs.
Ms Crossman, now employed in the Labour Department, will start her new job next month, working part-time before taking up full-time duties early next year. She expects her appointment to the Recently
upgraded post to foreshadow a bigger unit carrying out a wider range of roles in the field of equal employment Women were under-re-presented in Public Service senior administration, she said.
