Forest Service history
Sir, —The New Zealand Forest Service ceases to exist, as such, shortly. I am compiling a popular history of the service, 1918-1986, and am keen to hear from exemployees with amusing stories and/or photographs of any of the many facets of forestry work. — Yours, etc., BRIAN MACKRELL, 16 Sutherland Crescent, Palmerston North. October 17, 1986.
