Exattic withdrawn

Special correspondent Dunedin Exattic has been withdrawn from stallion service by the Bendhu Stud, Becks, after a problem in arrangements to transport him by air from the United States. Exattic is not due to arrive until November. “We decided he would not have time to settle so we have cancelled mares booked to him, this season,” said Barrie Mee, a principal of the stud. Exattic was bought in California in May and had undergone a month’s quarantine as a prerequisite to his departure from the U.S.
