Suspension
Quotation of John Burns and Company, Ltd, shares has been suspended by the Stock Exchange following the virtual completion of the takeover by Richmond Development Corporation, Ltd. Directors requested the suspension pending a reconstruction of the company. Meanwhile, the Stock Exchange has lifted the previous suspension of A. M. Bisley and Company. Ltd, and the company’s name has been changed to Rainbow Properties, Ltd. The name of Rothmans Industries, Ltd, has been changed to Magnum Corporation, Ltd.
