Police seek stabbers

PA Auckland Detectives say they are still searching for several men in connection with the fatal stabbing of Andrew Greig in Auckland last week-end. Two men appeared in the District Court at Auckland yesterday afternoon charged with murder. Detective Inspector Peter Robinson said the inquiry would not be

scaled down. He believed up to seven persons could face charges related to the killing. About 190 people who were at a Ponsonby party from which Mr Greig and his attackers emerged early on Sunday have been identified by the inquiry. Mr Greig died in Auckland Hospital from stab wounds.
