Judge for Wall St?
NZPA Hong Kong Impala Pacific, the Hong Kong investment vehicle of Mr Bruce Judge, has raised its stake in the American company, KDI Corp, to the equivalent of 25.56 per cent of the B.BM common shares outstanding, the "Asian Wall Street Journal” reports. The move brings closer for Mr Judge’s Ariadne Australia group an indirect listing on the New York Stock exchange, say analysts in Hong Kone.
Impala Pacific, which has said it plans to seek control of KDI Corp, told the Securities and Exchange Commission it held the equivalent of 2,259,578 KDI common shares, including 1,749,955 it has an option to buy from another KDI holder, the "Journal” reported. The stake includes 228,473 KDI shares Impala Pacific bought after June 5 at prices ranging from $U514.125 to $U515.25 each, it said in a filing.
