Situations Vacant LEARNING RESOURCES TECHNICIAN DEPARTMENT OF NURSING STUDIES WE have a vacancy in our Department of Nursing Studies for a full-time Learning Resources Technician. Duties Include the responsibility for the Nursing Clinical Practice Unit and resource equipment. This would involve purchasing, storage and maintenance of equipment, setting up slide projectors, video equipment etc., and preparing the Clinical Practice Unit. Familiarity with audiovisual equipment and a current driver’s licence is essential. Some experience with nursing equipment would be preferred. Salary will be up to $17,849 gross p.a. (TC4 which is currently under review). Hours of work are 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. with some flexibility, and three weeks annual leave per year.
