From G. K. YULE Brisbane

Mr Ron Hanford, of Auckland, will seek the post of North Island vicepresident of the New Zealand Trotting Conference. The present vice-presi-dent, Mr Charles Elliott, of Morrinsville, has announced his intention of opposing Mr Dewar Robertshaw, of Auckland, for the post of president.

“If I miss I will be off the executive as I am one of the members eligible for re-election,” said Mr Hanford, who is at present in Brisbane.
