Goodman Fielder
PA Wellington At an extraordinary general meeting on May 2 shareholders of Fielder Gillespie Davis, Ltd, will be asked to approve the change of the company to Goodman Fielder, Ltd, to increase the number of directors from 10 to 14. The new name would more accurately reflect the scope of the merged group, the directors of Fielder said in a statement to the Stock Exchange.
