Consolidated Rutile, Ltd, has rewarded shareholders with a 6c a share lift in interim dividend to 15c a share following a 158 per cent jump in December halfyear profit The net profit boost to 53.6 M from the previous first halfs SI.4M was mainly owing to expansion of the company’s mineral sands operations in Queensland’s North Steadbroke Island during the darly months of <1985. w
