Mihaka faces
charges PA Wellington : Te Ringa Mangu Mihaka refused to enter a ‘ plea to four charges, ineluding assault on a police constable, when he appeared in the District . Court at Wellington yesterday. ! Mihaka, aged 44, told the Court he would not , recognise the charges, the other three of which were obstructing a constable, obstructing a footpath, and failing to give his fingerprints. Judge Barber entered pleas of not guilty on all . four charges. Mihaka was remanded to appear on May 8.
