Astronaut insured
Indonesia’s first astronaut has been insured for SUSI million ($1.87 million) for her flight on the. United States space shuttle Columbia, says the official Antara news agency. Pratiwi Soedarmono has been insured by the Indonesian company, Asuransia Jasa, against any accident which might occur during her training in Indonesia and the United States and any mishaps during the launch or the flight. The scientist, aged 33, will leave Indonesia next month for training. —Jakarta.
