The price of nodding off
PA Nelson A Nelson man fell asleep in front of his television set on Thursday evening.
He awakened four hours later to find he was missing much more than the washed-out end of the New Zealand v. Australia oneday cricket match. The television set, a pot plant, a bottle of whisky, a cheque book, jewellery, a calculator and a dictaphone had been stolen.
The "police said the burgSwas between 11 p.m. 3 a.m. The back door had been left unlocked.
