Four years jail on drug count
NZPA-AFP Jakarta A New Zealander has been sentenced to four years in jail by a Court on the resort island of Bali for possession of 363.5 g of hashish, Antara news agency reported. David William Crooks, aged 36, who was sentenced on Saturday by the Denpasar District Court, was also fined 500,000 rupiahs ($975) and ordered to be deported after serving his sentence, the report said. The prosecution demanded a six-year jail term.
