PA Wellington Betting with the T.A.B. on the Canterbury Jockey Club’s meeting yesterday totalled $1350,959 (win and place $608,684, double $139,572, treble $112,439, quinella $325,109, trifecta $165,155). This was an increase of $36,500 on last year’s figure. On-course bets, amounting to $222,071, were down $7184.
