Hotel sale
Smart Group (NZ), Ltd, said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Smart Private Hospitals, Ltd, has entered into an agreement to purchase an existing private hospital complex in Auckland for an undisclosed sum. The purchase price included the freehold land comprising 3800 sq m, plus the transfer of the hospital licence.
