Public Notices LYTTELTON HARBOUR BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION TO THE NEW ZEALAND PORTS AUTHORITY FOR CONSENT TO CAPITAL EXPENDITURE NOTICE Is hereby given that the Lyttelton Harbour Board proposes at a meeting to be held on July 17, 1985, to consider a motion to apply to the New Zealand Ports Authority for consent to expend an estimated sum of $lO million for the purpose of constructing a 3.95 ha reclamation in the Board’s Inner harbour at Lyttelton, it Is Intended that Stage 1 of the reclamation be commenced Immediately following the necessary approvals being obtained. The cost of the reclamation Is proposed to be met by loans raised by public subscription, and loan charges will be met from revenue from port operations. Objections and comments relating to the proposed application must be submitted to the Board in writing not later than July 15, 1985. This Is the second publication of notice as required under the Harbour and Container Works Capital Expenditure Regulations 1980. I. H.
