The building to be erected Is 584 sq m single storey, offices and laboratories In timber and concrete block construction. 3. The buildings have a suspended floor, concrete block veneer and board and batten walls, prefabricated trussed roof and metal sheet roofing. Windows are aluminium framed glazing and doors are in timber frames. 4. The building has standard lighting and electrical services. It is fully sprinklered for fire protection and Is heated by means of HWradlators fed by a coal fired boiler house on site.
