QUALIFICATIONS This key appointment calls for an enthusiastic person with strong motivating qualities; applicants will hold a fitter welder or turner trade certificate but preferably will have advanced trade certificate. Some electrical aptitude would be an advantage. The ability to organise, prepare and deliver training programmes is an essential requirement. Previous experience in apprentice training or school teaching experience would be a distinct advantage.
