Welgas issue
Welgas Holdings, Ltd, has issued 660,000 ordinary 50c shares as part consideration for purchasing all the shares in Moffat Appliances, Ltd. The balance of the consideration for the issue of 270,000 shares was subject to approval by Welgas shareholders at its annual meeting on July 17. These shares were being issued at $4.76. The purchase was subject to Commerce Commision
