Auckland ice shows
PA Auckland The British ice-skating stars, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, will perform at the Wiri Woolstore in a six-show season in Auckland, in late April. Mr Tony Goodliffe, the New Zealand director for the agent Michael Edgely International, said on Saturday that the woolstore was the only venue big enough for a rink and the audiences expected. The woolstore will hold 6000 people for each of the shows, from April 26 to 31. A 10-day season by Torvill and Dean in Christchurch will end on March 31.
