Photography competition
An amateur photography competition in three categories, portrait, landscape and action, is being run by the Young Men’s Christian Association. All categories will have three grades, under 12, under 18 and open. Photographs must be in colour, lOin by Bin, mounted with entry form (available from the Y.M.C.A.) attached on the back. Closing date for entries is 5 p.m., March 22. All entries will be on display at the City Y on March 30 and 31, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There are prizes in all categories with the Y.M.C.A. cup for the best all-round photograph.
Each photograph entered will be charged $l. Proceeds go towards work with young people at the Y.M.C.A.
