THE DAVID HENRY SCHOLARSHIP The scholarship was founded and endowed in 1956 by the late Sir David Henry. The object of the scholarship is the advancement of education and knowledge in the academic and practical fields of forest establishment, forest maintenance and utilisation, ancillary and related services. Grants are made to assist persons to undertake study and research either in New Zealand or overseas and in 1984 amounted to $6500 for each scholarship awarded. Applications dose on April3o, 1985.
