California
Sir,—This is one of hopefully many letters of support for your Government’s recent courageous stance against access to nuclear weapons-bearing United States ships in your waters. Your Prime Minister, Mr Lange, is to be commended (I have sent him a letter also) and your people encouraged to continue standing up for peace. We who long for an end to the nuclear madness here in the United States have been given much hope by your country. Make sure New Zealanders know this. I pray the people of your land will be blessed because of your concern for peace. — Yours, etc., MARK FAVIONINI. San Bernadino, February 27, 1985.
