Crunchy ice-cream topping
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter ¥4 cup brown sugar 1% teaspoons flour 1 cup cornflakes 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (optional) Method: 1. In a small pan melt butter and blend with combined sugar and flour. 2. Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes, until
sugar melts but does not bubble. 3. Add cereal, tossing ' lightly with fork until coated with mixture. 4. Cool. 5. Crumble and add nuts if desired. Sprinkle over ice-cream.
