Fleur deal
PA Wellington Charter Corporation has contracted to buy in two off-market transactions. 1,255,200 ordinary shares in Fleur International Corporation, Ltd. These purchases increase the number of Fleur shares purchased since listing on April 17 from 595,000 to 1,850,200, a statement said. In addition Charter Corporation applied for shares in the public issue and as a' result was beneficially entitled to 1,130,900 shares prior to the listing of Fleur. Charter Corporation now owns 2,981,000 shares, or 24.84 per cent, of the issued ordinary capital of Fleur International Corporation, Ltd. The directors said an approach to seek board representation had been made.
