Public Notices AMURI COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER ADOPTING STOCK DROVING BY-LAW NOTICE is hereby given that at an ordinary monthly meeting of the Amurl County Council, held on Friday, February 3, 1984, the following resolution was passed by way of Special Order and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary monthly meeting of the Council to be held on the 9th day of March, 1984, at 1.30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Culverden. RESOLUTION The Amur! County Council under and by virtue of and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by the Local Government Act, 1974, and amendments and all other powers and authorities thereunto enabling it, hereby makes by way of special order the following by-law to be in force throughout the whole of the Amur! County. The short title of this bylaw is the Amurl County Stock Droving By-Law 1984. The purpose of this by-law is to control the movement of stock on roads within Amurl County. A copy of this special order and the by-law is deposited at the office of the Amurl County Council, Culverden and is open for Inspection by the public during office hours until the said 9th day of March, 1984. For each and every dog three months of age or over within the district of the authority a fee of $24. A penality of $4 shall be added where fees due on April 1, 1984, remain unpaid as at May 1, 1984.
