CONDITIONS OF ENTRY • Write up to 2,500 words (preferably typed) giving details of materials used, prices, etc., plus some photographs showing work in progress of "before" and "after" of any type of house, large or small, inner city or rural, Victorian or 1950's that you've renovated. • Explain economies in time and materials, technical and structural soundness and point out any innovative approach. • Describe the help (or problems!) you met with lending institutions, local authorities and other agencies.
