Bicycling fatality
Greymouth reporter A boy died in the Grey Hospital on Monday night after falling from his bicycle on Sunday. He was Mohi John Wbarekawa, aged 10, a son of Mr and Mrs T. Wharekawa, of Chapel Street, Greymouth. The boy had been riding a bicycle at a family picnic gathering in the Bruce Bay area when he went over the handlebars, . hitting the ground and suffering severe head injuries.
