Wall Street
The New York Stock Exchange firmed on Thursday, on a rally that gained momentum as the session progressed. The Dow Jones average of 30 industrials rose 6.09 points to close at 842.94, for a net gain on the week of 4.37 points. The Wall- Street stockmarket began the week on a mixed note, pausing after the rally of the last three weeks, and this trend continued into Tuesday's session. On Wednesday, the market was steady as traders waited for early indications of the trend of first quarter corporate earnings. Closing prices on Thursday
