This man, Tana Panapa, who escaped from a work party at Paparua Prison on Monday, was still at large last evening. Panapa, aged 25, is 179 cm (sft lOin) tall, and of very thin build. He has extensive tattoos, including a swastika on the back of the right hand and an insect on the back of the left hand.
Panapa’s hair has been cut to prison length since this photograph was taken. Anyone who might have seen him should get in touch with the police immediately.
