FM warrant sought
PA Wellington Auckland's Radio Link, Ltd will make an immediate application for a warrant for FM testing and public education. Mr Ralph Carter. Director of Radio Link, said that this was in response to a statement by Dr Alan Jamieson, Post Office engineer in
charge of spectrum utilisation, that through the Broadcasting Tribunal, the Post Office would allow FM testing by independent broadcasting organisations. “We believe (hat this will allow much greater public participation, for which the tribunal has repeatedly asked;” Mr Carter said.
