Report on gangs
PA Wellington The report of the committee on gang problems was ready for presentation to the Cabinet, said the chairman of the committee, the Under-Secretary for Internal Affairs (Mr Comber) yesterday, yesterday. The report was not a long one but was constructive and proposed tackling the problem “on a wide front.”
