The company, which is a substantial and widely known organisation in the Pacific region, plans to develop a cold water soluble full cream milk powder process over the next 18 months and envisages the implementation on location to occupy two to three years. The project is a challenging assignment as it will involve not only the development of the process but will also require the ability to set up and run the production plant. Experience in both process development and production methods in the dairy industry would -be an advantage. The appointment will enable the successful applicant to gain experience from the dairy industries of other countries and will probably appeal most to those in the age range 27 - 35 years. - . .
